Gynaecomastia

Gynaecomastia – Male Chest Reduction

For many men, excess chest tissue can cause discomfort — both physically and emotionally. Whether it’s difficulty wearing certain clothes, avoiding the beach, or feeling self-conscious in social situations, gynaecomastia can quietly hold you back.

Our male chest reduction procedure helps restore a flatter, more masculine chest contour, giving you the freedom to feel confident in your body again.

Restoring Confidence with a Masculine Contour

Gynaecomastia surgery is a safe and effective procedure that reduces excess breast tissue in men, creating a flatter, firmer, and more masculine chest contour. This condition, often caused by hormonal changes, genetics, or lifestyle factors, can affect self-confidence and comfort. Through advanced surgical techniques, excess fat and glandular tissue are removed with precision, while maintaining natural chest definition. The result is a more balanced appearance and renewed confidence in your body.

Advanced Liposuction Techniques

Modern liposuction is safer, more precise, and less invasive than ever before. Depending on your goals, body type, and treatment area, we use advanced technologies to achieve natural-looking, sculpted results with minimal downtime.

VASER Liposuction (Ultrasonic Liposuction)

VASER liposuction uses ultrasound energy to gently break down fat before removing it. This allows for smoother contouring, less bruising, and quicker recovery compared to traditional methods. It is especially effective for sculpting stubborn or fibrous areas and is often chosen for high-definition body contouring (such as abdominal definition).

Water-Jet Assisted Liposuction (WAL)

Water-jet liposuction uses a soft, pressurized stream of water to dislodge and remove fat with minimal trauma to surrounding tissues. This method not only reduces pain and swelling but also keeps fat cells intact, making it ideal for patients who wish to combine liposuction with fat transfer to areas like the face, breasts, or buttocks.

Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL – MicroAire)

Power-assisted liposuction uses a specialized vibrating cannula that breaks up fat more efficiently, allowing for easier and faster removal. This technique is particularly effective for treating larger areas of the body (such as the abdomen, thighs, or flanks) while ensuring smoother results and reduced recovery time.

FAQs

Q1. Is gynaecomastia surgery permanent?

Yes — once the excess gland and fat are removed, they do not return unless significant weight gain or hormonal changes occur.

Incisions are made in discreet areas and fade over time with proper care.

If excess tissue is mostly fat, liposuction may be sufficient. In cases with glandular tissue, surgical excision is also required.

Light activity after 2 weeks, full exercise after 4–6 weeks, as advised by your surgeon.

You’ll be under anaesthesia during the procedure. Mild soreness afterward is managed with pain medication.

No — the surgery removes tissue only, without altering hormone function.
