Makemystore believes in helping it’s customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal refund policy. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue applicable refund from the date of signup as per the following terms:

• You need to share your subscription invoice and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. To request a refund, simply email us your contact details at [email protected].
• Refund amount will be directly credited to your bank a/c along with GST charges after deducting payment gateway charges if any within 15-20 working days.
  Any customization/add-on service charge is non-refundable.
• Makemystore is not liable for refund of any third-party services like domain, promotional marketing etc.

Plan downgrade

• You can anytime request for a plan downgrade by emailing us at [email protected].
• The remaining amount left in the existing subscription will be adjusted proportionately as per the chosen plan.
